1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Eligibility Window: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including manuals, cables, and boxes).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@solvgear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Exchanges and Defective Items

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@solvgear.com.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If your electronic device arrives damaged or malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue so we can make it right.
